Virgin Cocktail of the Day: Hawaiian Blizzard

Ingredients          

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey, optional
pineapple wedges, for garnish

Directions

In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge and enjoy! x

Cocktail of the Day: Bahama Mama

Ingredients
15mls rum
15mls Malibu
15mls grenadine syrup
30mls orange juice
30mls pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice

Directions
Combine rum, Malibu, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice and crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend until the drink's consistency is slushy.
