I just love all of these tropical and beachy entertaining areas!  They look like the perfect place to relax with friends in the summer time.  Where is your favourite place to relax?

 

 

Entertaining Idea: Mint Ice Cubes

It is very important to have fresh ice when entertaining friends.  There is nothing worse than stale ice that has taken on the flavour and smell of whatever food is sitting in your freezer. 

Here is a very simple tip for some fancy ice cubes that are a hit when served up in your guests' water, cocktail or iced tea.  Just add a sprig of fresh mint in with the water when filling up your ice cube trays.  For something a little fancier try fresh cranberries, strawberries or slices of lime!
